Description

Tasty Mini Party Bites are the perfect easy appetizer for holidays, game day, and casual entertaining. These juicy, savory bites are simple to make, packed with flavor, and served with a creamy dipping sauce that makes them even more irresistible. Whether you need quick party food, easy appetizer ideas, a fun snack for sharing, or a simple recipe that feels special, this dish delivers big flavor in a small bite.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 lb ground pork

3/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup sour cream

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp finely chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix just until combined.

3. Scoop and roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 tablespoon each, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Lightly brush or drizzle the tops with olive oil.

5. Bake for 14 to 18 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

6. While the bites bake, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and parsley in a small bowl until smooth.

7. Let the bites rest for 3 minutes after baking.

8. Serve warm with the creamy dipping sauce and garnish with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

Do not overmix the meat mixture or the bites can turn out dense.

Keep the bites similar in size so they bake evenly.

For extra color, broil for 1 to 2 minutes at the end, watching closely.
