Description

This Ninja Creami White Chocolate Raspberry Protein Ice Cream is a creamy, fruity, high-protein frozen treat that feels like a real dessert while still fitting into your easy recipe rotation. It is perfect for a healthy snack, quick dessert, summer treat, and fun food idea when you want sweet raspberry flavor, smooth white chocolate notes, and a satisfying scoop made right at home in the Ninja Creami.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups milk

1 scoop vanilla or white chocolate protein powder

1 tablespoon sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons sweetener

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons white chocolate chips, melted

1/2 cup raspberries

1 pinch salt

2 tablespoons milk for re-spin

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together 1 1/2 cups milk, protein powder, pudding mix, Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla extract, melted white chocolate, and salt until fully smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, keeping it below the max fill line.

3. Freeze the pint on a flat surface for at least 24 hours.

4. Remove the lid, place the pint in the Ninja Creami, and process on the Lite Ice Cream setting.

5. If the texture looks crumbly after the first spin, add 2 tablespoons milk to the center of the pint.

6. Run the re-spin cycle until the ice cream becomes creamy and smooth.

7. Lightly mash the raspberries with a spoon.

8. Make a small hole in the center of the ice cream, add the raspberries, and use the mix-in function or gently swirl them in by hand.

9. Scoop and serve immediately.

Notes

Use a protein powder you already enjoy drinking, because its flavor strongly affects the final pint.

For a stronger raspberry ribbon, keep the berries slightly chunky instead of fully pureeing them.

If the pint is too firm after refreezing, add a small splash of milk and re-spin before serving.
