Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat until fully smooth.

2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 to 60 seconds, stirring often, until fragrant.

3. Whisk in the Cajun seasoning, paprika, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt.

Notes

Use low heat so the garlic stays fragrant and does not turn bitter.
