Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1/4 cup finely minced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cranberry sauce
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons chopped parsley or rosemary for garnish
24 cocktail picks or mini skewers
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
3. Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch each, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
5. While the meatballs bake, add the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, and honey to a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and glossy.
6. Add the cooked meatballs to the saucepan and gently toss until fully coated in the glaze.
7. Transfer the glazed meatballs to a serving platter and insert a cocktail pick into each one.
8. Spoon a little extra sauce over the tops and finish with chopped parsley or rosemary before serving warm.
