If you are looking for easy dessert bars, chocolate marshmallow bars, baking ideas, or a crowd-pleasing sweet snack, this recipe delivers big flavor with very little fuss.

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 ounces

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

3 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and smooth.

3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.

4. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs, then mix until a soft dough forms.

5. Press two-thirds of the dough evenly into the prepared pan.

6. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the dough and spread it gently.

7. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly across the top.

8. Scatter the mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer.

9. Flatten small pieces of the remaining dough and place them over the marshmallows.

10. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top is golden and the marshmallows are toasted.

11. Cool completely before lifting from the pan and slicing into bars.

Notes

Let the bars cool fully before slicing so the chocolate layer can set properly.

For a deeper toasted finish, broil for 30 to 60 seconds at the end while watching closely.

Store in an airtight container to keep the bars soft and chewy.
