Ingredients
8 oz block feta cheese, full-fat and packed in brine
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
2 tablespoons honey (plus more for serving)
1/4 cup roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Small pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the Base: In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Plate It: Spread the whipped feta onto a shallow bowl or serving plate, creating swirls or a well in the center.
- Add Toppings: Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle pistachios and cranberries over the top, especially in the center well.
- Finish With Flavor: Drizzle the remaining olive oil. Add a sprinkle of chili flakes and cinnamon, if using.
