Ingredients
12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups pizza sauce or marinara
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
Salt, to taste
Instructions
1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat on parchment to prevent sticking.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown ground beef. Season with garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning. Remove from heat.
3. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly oil a springform or deep cake pan.
4. Begin layering: pasta, sauce, beef, pepperoni, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Repeat for 3-4 layers.
5. Top final layer with sauce, more mozzarella, remaining pepperoni, and black olives. Tent with foil.
6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10–15 minutes until top is golden and bubbly.
7. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing with a sharp knife.
Notes
Be sure to let the pie cool before slicing to prevent layers from sliding.
Use a springform pan for best height and clean release.
To freeze: wrap baked, cooled slices in foil and store for up to 2 months. Reheat at 350°F for 40–45 minutes.
