Ingredients
2 large croissants
6 oz sliced deli turkey breast
2 slices Swiss cheese
4 leaves green leaf lettuce
4 tomato slices
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the lettuce and slice the tomatoes.
- Cut the croissants in half horizontally.
- (Optional) Lightly toast the croissants in a toaster oven or skillet for 2–3 minutes.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, turkey slices, and cheese on the bottom half.
- Place the top half of the croissant over the fillings.
- Serve immediately or wrap and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
