Ingredients

10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 large eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Thaw the spinach completely and squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.

3. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and melted butter until smooth.

4. Add the eggs, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.
