Ingredients

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit until foamy (about 5–7 minutes).
2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Knead for 8–10 minutes by hand or 5 minutes in a stand mixer with a dough hook.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
6. Roll the dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
7. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and oregano in a small bowl.
8. Spread garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough.

10. Roll up the dough tightly, jelly-roll style, then slice lengthwise.
