Ingredients
1 lb chicken thighs or breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce or cabbage
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lime, cut into wedges
1 tbsp oil (avocado or vegetable)
Optional: sriracha or extra chili sauce for serving
Instructions
1. Trim the chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet or preheat air fryer to 400°F.
3. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through (6–8 minutes).
