Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Chop all vegetables evenly.
- Combine macaroni and chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over and mix gently until well-coated.
