Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup milk
1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup strawberry jam or glaze
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar until smooth. Add 1 egg and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Pour into pan and bake for 40–45 minutes until set. Let cool, then refrigerate.
3. Increase oven temp to 350°F (175°C). In another bowl, cream butter with remaining sugar. Add 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and beat.
