12 ounces fusilli or rotini pasta

4 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

4 ounces cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Break it apart with a spatula and drain any excess grease.
