Description

This Spicy Korean Ramen with Grilled Beef & Creamy Sauce blends chewy noodles, smoky grilled beef, and a creamy peanut-ginger sauce for a spicy, savory, and utterly satisfying meal. Balanced with heat, richness, and texture, this bowl is perfect for cozy nights or impressive weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

200g ramen noodles

250g beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon gochujang

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar

2 tablespoons peanut butter or tahini

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or mayo

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon honey

2 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Optional: extra chili oil for serving

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, gochujang, and honey. Toss in beef slices and marinate for 20 minutes or more.

2. Whisk together peanut butter, Greek yogurt, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. Add water to loosen until it’s pourable.

3. Heat a cast iron grill pan or outdoor grill to high heat. Sear the beef slices until slightly charred but juicy. Set aside.

4. Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with a little sesame oil to keep them separate.

5. Add noodles to a bowl. Top with grilled beef, drizzle with creamy sauce, and finish with green onions, sesame seeds, and chili oil.

Notes

Marinate the beef longer (up to 4 hours) for deeper flavor absorption.

Use tahini if you want a sesame-forward creamy sauce instead of peanut butter.

Chill the sauce for a refreshing contrast against the hot noodles and beef.
