Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
8 oz spaghetti or lo mein noodles
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions or sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and cornstarch (if using). Set aside.
