Instructions
- Boil the eggs: Place in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath. Peel and halve.
- Make chili garlic oil: Heat oil in a pan over medium-low. Add garlic and sauté gently until golden. Turn off heat and stir in chili flakes. Let infuse 5-10 minutes.
