2 large chicken breasts
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons tomato paste

Instructions
1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour in the chicken broth. Stir to combine all ingredients evenly.

5. Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the soup.
