Ingredients

6 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp recommended)

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and slice the apples into thick wedges.
