Ingredients
Shrimp (medium to large, peeled and deveined)
Bell Peppers (red, yellow, green)

Cooked Rice (white, brown, or cauliflower rice)

Instructions
- Toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and charred. Set aside.
