This Sausage Alfredo Ravioli Lasagna is a decadent spin on a family favorite. By swapping out traditional noodles with cheese ravioli, each bite bursts with rich, creamy Alfredo flavor layered with hearty sausage and melted cheese. It’s easy to prepare, satisfying to serve, and perfect for both weeknight meals and weekend gatherings.


Ingredients

Cheese ravioli

Ground Italian sausage

Alfredo sauce

Mozzarella cheese

Parmesan cheese

Ricotta cheese (optional)

Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain and set aside.
  2. Boil ravioli just until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. (Optional) Mix ricotta with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer Alfredo sauce, ravioli, sausage, optional ricotta, and mozzarella/Parmesan. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with extra Alfredo and cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
