Ingredients

1.5 lbs steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1.5-inch cubes

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes

Salt and black pepper, to taste

  2. Toss steak cubes in the marinade until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1–4 hours.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
  4. Thread steak, onion, and tomatoes onto skewers. Add rosemary sprigs between some pieces.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high and oil the grates.
