Description

A creamy, savory pasta dish made with tender fettuccine, rich Alfredo sauce, and hearty ground beef. Perfect for a satisfying and comforting weeknight dinner that the whole family will enjoy.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

12 oz fettuccine pasta

2 cups heavy cream

1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and set the beef aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Let it simmer gently until it begins to thicken.
  5. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet and mix into the sauce. Add cooked fettuccine and toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
  7. Serve warm with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
