Ingredients
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
2 cups mini marshmallows
12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (reserve some for topping)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add peanut butter and powdered sugar; continue beating until fully combined and fluffy.
3. Gently fold in whipped topping using a rubber spatula to maintain fluffiness.
4. Stir in mini marshmallows and most of the chopped Reese’s.
5. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
6. Sprinkle remaining chopped Reese’s over the top for garnish.
7. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
