Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp granulated sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ cup fresh raspberries

1 tbsp raspberry jam (optional)

1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the filling by mixing softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.
  4. Spread the filling evenly onto each triangle, leaving a small border.
  5. Add fresh raspberries to the wide end of each triangle and roll up the dough, enclosing the filling inside.
  6. Place crescents on the prepared baking sheet with the seam side down.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
  8. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
