Description

These Quick Apple Pie Bites bring all the flavors of a classic apple pie into a buttery, flaky handheld bite. Made with crescent dough and spiced apples, they’re a warm, comforting dessert that comes together in just 30 minutes—perfect for busy days or last-minute gatherings.


Ingredients

1 can crescent roll dough

1 to 2 apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), thinly sliced

3 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional)

3 tablespoons caramel sauce, for drizzling


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Slice apples into thin wedges.

3. In a bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.

5. Place 2-3 apple slices at the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and roll up.

6. Brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle more cinnamon sugar on top.

7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

8. Let cool slightly and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
