Description

The Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese Sandwich is the ultimate comfort food, combining smoky, tender pulled pork with sharp, melty cheddar cheese between crisp, buttery slices of bread. Perfect for a cozy dinner or an indulgent lunch, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

1 cup pulled pork (saucy or with added BBQ sauce)

4 slices sharp cheddar cheese

4 slices thick-cut sourdough or Texas toast

2 tablespoons butter, softened

Optional: pickled jalapeños, caramelized onions, extra BBQ sauce


Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. On the unbuttered side, layer cheese, pulled pork, and another slice of cheese.
  3. Top with a second bread slice, buttered side out.
  4. Heat skillet over medium heat; grill sandwich 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
