Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup over medium heat until smooth.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it bubble for 4–5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, baking soda, and almonds.
- Quickly pour the mixture onto the prepared sheet and spread evenly.
