Description

These Polar Bear Paws are an irresistible combo of salty roasted peanuts and buttery caramel, all nestled under a blanket of creamy white chocolate. Perfect for holidays or anytime indulgence, this no-bake candy delivers sweet, salty, and crunchy joy in every bite.


Ingredients

1 cup roasted peanuts

1 cup caramel candies

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1 ½ cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers

1 teaspoon coconut oil or shortening (optional)


Instructions

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the caramel candies and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is smooth and melted.

2. Stir in the roasted peanuts until fully coated in the caramel mixture. Let the mixture cool slightly.

3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop small mounds of the peanut-caramel mix using a spoon or cookie scoop onto the sheet. Let them firm up at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker setting.

4. Melt the white chocolate chips (add coconut oil for smoother consistency if needed) in the microwave using 20-second intervals, stirring until fully melted.

5. Spoon the melted white chocolate over each caramel cluster. Allow them to set until the chocolate hardens completely.

Notes

Let the caramel mixture cool slightly before scooping—this helps hold the cluster shape.

Use high-quality white chocolate for smoother melting and better taste.
