Ingredients

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

24 mini pepperoni slices

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or basil (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

2. Spoon small mounds of shredded mozzarella onto the tray, spaced an inch apart. Lightly flatten them into chip-sized rounds.

3. Top each mound with 2–3 mini pepperoni slices. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and optional herbs over each.

4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is golden and edges are browned. Watch carefully in the final minutes.

5. Let chips cool on the tray for 3 minutes, then transfer to a rack to crisp further. Serve warm or store once cooled.

Notes

Spacing is key – Too-close cheese mounds will melt into each other. Give them room to breathe.

Use freshly grated mozzarella – Pre-shredded cheese contains starches that affect crisping.

For best crunch – Let them cool fully on a wire rack before storing.
