Description

Pistachio Tiramisu Magic is a no-bake dessert blending creamy mascarpone, nutty pistachio paste, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and a dusting of cocoa. It’s a luxurious twist on the Italian classic, perfect for entertaining or treating yourself.


Ingredients

24 ladyfinger biscuits

1 cup espresso or strong coffee, cooled

16 oz mascarpone cheese

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup pistachio paste or spread

⅓ cup sugar

2 tbsp cocoa powder

¼ cup chopped pistachios


Instructions

1. Brew espresso and let cool. Stir in 1 tbsp pistachio paste.

2. Whip heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.

3. In another bowl, beat mascarpone until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and pistachio paste gently.

4. Dip ladyfingers briefly into coffee mixture and layer in dish. Top with mascarpone mixture. Repeat layers, ending with cream.

5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

6. Before serving, dust with cocoa and sprinkle chopped pistachios. Optionally, pipe decorative swirls.

Notes

Use a good-quality pistachio paste for the best flavor.

Don’t oversoak the ladyfingers—quick dips prevent sogginess.

Chill overnight for deeper, more developed flavors.
