Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough

1/2 cup garlic cream sauce or Alfredo sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup thinly sliced dill pickles

1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion (optional)

1 teaspoon dried dill weed or 1 tablespoon fresh dill

1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing crust)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 475°F with a pizza stone or steel inside.

2. Roll out dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches wide.

3. Transfer dough to a floured pizza peel or parchment paper.

4. Spread garlic cream or Alfredo sauce evenly over the dough.

5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese across the surface.

6. Layer thinly sliced dill pickles over the cheese.

7. Add red onion slices if using.

8. Brush the outer crust with olive oil.

9. Bake pizza on hot stone or steel for 10–13 minutes until golden.

10. Remove and sprinkle with dill weed or fresh dill.

11. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Always preheat your stone or steel—it makes all the difference in crust crispness.

Drain pickles well before using to prevent a soggy pizza.

Fresh dill gives better flavor pop than dried if available.
