Ingredients

2 cups artichoke hearts drained and chopped

8 oz cream cheese softened

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic minced

2 green onions chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish

2. In a large bowl mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth

3. Add chopped artichokes minced garlic green onions Parmesan cheese and half of the mozzarella

4. Season with salt and black pepper and mix until evenly combined

5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish

6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over the top

7. Bake for about 25 minutes until hot bubbly and lightly golden

8. Let the dip cool slightly before serving with crackers bread or vegetables

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is softened before mixing so the dip blends smoothly

Drain the artichokes very well to avoid excess moisture in the dip

Broil the dip for one to two minutes at the end for a golden bubbly top
