Yakisoba or Lo Mein Noodles

Instructions
- Prep the Noodles: If using yakisoba, separate by hand. If using dry noodles, cook until just tender, rinse under cold water, and drain.
- Stir-Fry Vegetables: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or skillet. Add sliced onions, cabbage, and celery. Cook for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Add Garlic and Noodles: Push vegetables to the side. Add minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds, then combine with noodles.
