Ingredients

Yakisoba or Lo Mein Noodles

Green Cabbage

Instructions

  1. Prep the Noodles: If using yakisoba, separate by hand. If using dry noodles, cook until just tender, rinse under cold water, and drain.
  2. Stir-Fry Vegetables: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or skillet. Add sliced onions, cabbage, and celery. Cook for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  3. Add Garlic and Noodles: Push vegetables to the side. Add minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds, then combine with noodles.
  4. Make the Sauce: Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1/2 tsp sesame oil. Pour over noodles.
  5. Toss and Serve: Stir-fry for 2-3 more minutes until noodles are heated and coated. Serve hot.
