Description

A rich, chewy brownie base topped like a dessert pizza—drizzled with white chocolate, crowned with Oreos, and dotted with buttery caramel bits. This Oreo Fudge Brownie Pizza is indulgent, shareable, and a total showstopper for any chocolate lover.

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter (melted)

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

3 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers

10 Oreo cookies (whole)

1/2 cup caramel bits or chopped soft caramel candies

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzle)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round pizza or springform pan, or line with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.

3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract until smooth.

4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

5. Slowly combine the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring just until fully incorporated.

6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.

8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

9. Melt the white chocolate in short microwave bursts or using a double boiler. Drizzle over cooled brownie.

10. Arrange Oreo cookies over the top and sprinkle with caramel bits.

11. Optionally drizzle with chocolate syrup. Slice and serve.

Notes

For the fudgiest texture, don’t overbake—the center should still be soft when removing from the oven.

Let the brownie base cool completely before drizzling or decorating to prevent toppings from melting off.

You can swap caramel bits for chopped toffee, peanut butter chips, or a swirl of dulce de leche.
