Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

8 oz cream cheese softened

1 tablespoon fresh orange zest

2 tablespoons fresh orange juice

1 cup powdered sugar for coating


Instructions

1. Beat the softened cream cheese and orange zest together in a mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.

2. Melt the white chocolate chips gently using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals stirring until smooth.

3. Allow melted chocolate to cool slightly then mix it into the cream cheese mixture along with the orange juice. Stir until fully combined.

4. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm enough to scoop.

5. Scoop tablespoon sized portions and roll into smooth balls.

6. Roll each truffle in powdered sugar until fully coated.

7. Chill for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
