Description

This One-Skillet Spicy Garlic Butter Parmesan Steak Pasta is a rich and comforting dish that brings together seared, tender steak bites with creamy garlic parmesan sauce and pasta. It’s packed with bold flavor, quick enough for weeknights, and indulgent enough for special occasions.


Ingredients

12 oz penne pasta

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Optional: squeeze of lemon juice


Instructions

    1. Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
    2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
    3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

      Add heavy cream to skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
