Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup unsalted butter, melted (divided)
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with 1/2 cup melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, remaining 1/2 cup melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham base. Chill for 10-15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- Pour chocolate over the chilled peanut butter layer. Smooth evenly.
- Refrigerate the pan for at least 2 hours or until chocolate is firm.
- Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing into bars.
