Ingredients

2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 60 wafers)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix

1 cup cold milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

3 ripe bananas, sliced

Additional whipped topping and vanilla wafers, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Mix vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk banana pudding mix with cold milk until thick.
  4. Fold pudding mixture and vanilla extract into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  6. Layer sliced bananas over crust; pour in filling and smooth the top.
  7. Chill at least 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish with extra whipped topping, banana slices, and vanilla wafers before serving.
