Ingredients
4 fresh peaches (or 2 cans sliced peaches in juice, drained)
2 cups whipped topping or 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
4 oz cream cheese, softened (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the peaches: Peel and slice fresh peaches, or drain canned peaches well. If using frozen, thaw and pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form or use prepared whipped topping.
- If using cream cheese, beat it separately until smooth, then fold into the whipped cream.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk gently.
- Fold in mini marshmallows if desired.
- Add peach slices and gently fold them into the mixture.
- Spoon the salad into a serving dish and top with chopped pecans.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
