Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown ground beef and drain grease. Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and diced tomatoes with green chilies.
- In a 9×13-inch casserole dish, layer tortilla chips, half the meat, half the creamy mix, and cheese. Repeat layers.
- Add final toppings of chips, cheese, and jalapeño slices.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with cilantro and chopped tomatoes before serving.
