Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breast is a weeknight-friendly, oven-baked dish where juicy chicken meets a creamy Parmesan-herb crust. This recipe locks in flavor and moisture, making each bite tender and satisfying.


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

½ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the dish. Coat the tops and sides with the mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. For a crisp top, broil an additional 2–3 minutes.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if using.
