A tropical, creamy Mango Smoothie that’s perfect for mornings or midday refreshment. This simple recipe combines fresh or frozen mangoes with creamy yogurt and a splash of milk for a refreshing and nourishing drink.
Ingredients
2 cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk or non-dairy alternative (almond, oat, or coconut milk)
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
1/2 cup ice cubes (if using fresh mango)
Mint or mango slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and slice the mangoes if using fresh. Measure out frozen mango if using.
- In a blender, combine mango chunks, Greek yogurt, and milk.
- If using fresh mango, add ice cubes to chill and thicken.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is needed.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with mint or mango slices if desired. Serve immediately.
