Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef (80/20)
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup (plus 1/3 cup for glaze)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, water, and 1/3 cup ketchup.
- Form mixture into loaf shape in prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, mix remaining 1/3 cup ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for glaze.
- Spread glaze over top of meatloaf.
- Bake 55-60 minutes, until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
