Ingredients

Ribeye steak, thinly sliced

Green bell pepper, sliced

Onion, sliced

Provolone cheese slices

Keto puff pastry or fathead dough

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Egg (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft and golden. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, cook the ribeye slices until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with cooked vegetables.
  3. Roll out your keto dough into a rectangular sheet and cut into sections.
  4. Layer provolone cheese and a spoonful of the beef mix on each piece. Roll tightly and seal the edges.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place roll ups on a lined tray, brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
