Ingredients
Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
Green bell pepper, sliced
Onion, sliced
Provolone cheese slices
Keto puff pastry or fathead dough
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft and golden. Set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the ribeye slices until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with cooked vegetables.
- Roll out your keto dough into a rectangular sheet and cut into sections.
- Layer provolone cheese and a spoonful of the beef mix on each piece. Roll tightly and seal the edges.
