Description

Looking for a guilt-free pizza option that still delivers on crunch, flavor, and cheesiness? This Keto Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust is your low-carb solution! It’s the perfect blend of protein-packed cottage cheese, gooey mozzarella, and almond flour—creating a golden, firm base that holds all your favorite toppings. Whether you need a quick dinner, a healthy snack, or a reliable base for your low-carb food ideas, this easy recipe has you covered. Ideal for anyone seeking keto recipes, quick dinner ideas, or gluten-free alternatives to traditional crust.

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 large eggs

⅓ cup almond flour

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

1. Drain the cottage cheese using cheesecloth or a fine mesh sieve for 10–15 minutes to remove excess moisture.

2. Blend the drained cottage cheese and eggs in a food processor until smooth and creamy.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended mixture with shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, almond flour, and seasonings. Stir into a dough.

4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

5. Spread the dough into a thin, even crust shape using a spatula.

6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and set.

7. Add toppings of choice and return to oven for another 5–10 minutes until bubbly and melted.

8. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Make sure to drain your cottage cheese thoroughly—too much moisture makes the crust soggy.

For extra crunch, preheat your baking sheet or use a pizza stone.

Don’t overload with toppings; keep it light to maintain the crust’s structure.
