Ingredients

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or chives

1 cup chopped toasted almonds


Instructions

  1. Let cream cheese sit at room temperature to soften.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar, green onions, and herbs until well mixed.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  5. Toast chopped almonds in a dry skillet until golden. Cool completely.
