Ingredients

3 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup sliced green onions

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1 loaf French bread

2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, green onions, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until fully combined.

3. Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and place it cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
