Ingredients
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional for drizzle)
Instructions
1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted butter into a thick paste. Transfer to a piping or zip-top bag.
3. Pour half of the fudge base into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan. Pipe swirls of the cinnamon mixture on top.
4. Add the remaining fudge and repeat piping.
5. Swirl with a toothpick for a ribbon effect—don’t overmix.
6. Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours until set.
7. (Optional) Drizzle icing made from powdered sugar and a few drops of milk before serving.
8. Slice into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For smooth fudge, melt over low heat and stir continuously to avoid seizing.
Use parchment paper to lift the fudge out cleanly after setting.
