Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup American cheese, shredded
4 large flour tortillas
1/3 cup chopped pickles
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp sweet relish
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
2. Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well and remove from heat.
3. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, sugar, and onion powder to create the sauce. Refrigerate until use.
4. Lay out tortillas. Layer each with shredded cheddar and American cheese, followed by cooked beef, chopped pickles, lettuce, and sauce.
5. Fold sides in and roll tightly into a wrap. Toast seam-side down in a hot nonstick skillet until golden brown, flipping once.
6. Remove from heat, rest 1 minute, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crunch, toast the wrap seam-side down first and press gently with a spatula.
Make the sauce ahead of time—it tastes even better after a few hours in the fridge.
Use freshly shredded cheese for a smoother melt and richer flavor.
